THE INFINITE HEART - Love and Relationships in the 21st Century

A workshop with Malcom Stern. October 23rd 2010.

Relationships are an extraordinary opportunity for us to develop our consciousness and to confront and change patterns. This workshop will explore and seek to understand the unique potential each of us have to create beauty and harmony in our personal journey towards wholeness. Whether you are in a relationship or seeeking to 'up your game', this day will provide you with tools to develop yourself and to confront your own Achilles heel.

Some of the practices we will engage with are;

  • Accessing and exploring honest, authentic and heartful communication
  • Becoming comfortable with anger, grief, sexuality and fear
  • Liberating our potential to be extraordinary human beings
  • Learning to love ourselves and in the process to love others
  • Managing difficult conversations and honouring our own and another's perspective

Using a mixture of psychotherapy, movement, ritual and deep sharing and enquiry, this day will leave you enriched and inspired.
